a space to connect
Our next Global Women’s Circle is now open for booking. We begin Monday 11th November, 6.30pm UTC, online.

Booking closes Friday 8th November, or as soon as all 5 places are taken up.
If you’re curious and considering joining but have a question or would like to meet me first - let’s schedule a 15 minute virtual coffee. And if this circle doesn’t fit with your time zone / schedule, do let me know you’re interested as I may open another alongside.
Wherever you are in the world, I’d love to hear from you.
FAQs
What’s the purpose of women’s circle?
Women’s circle is an hour in the week set aside to pause and connect, free of expectations. You are invited to ‘come as you are’. Together, we create the space to reflect, explore, and rediscover the things that are meaningful to us.
What do you do in a women’s circle?
Each week opens with a short meditation, and uses a theme to guide reflection and discussion. Together we try out techniques like journalling, visualisation or word association to uncover new perspectives. We listen to each other and share our thoughts as and only when we feel like it.
How can I join a women’s circle?
You can join at the start of any 6-week circle, which run evenings UK time throughout the year. You can take part from anywhere you have wifi access and a space in which you’ll be undisturbed for an hour. Check for spaces available here for next Global Circle starting November 11th, 6.30pm UTC.
Booking closes the Friday before we begin, or sooner if all 5 places are taken. If we’re full or you’re interested in future dates (especially if your schedule/time zone doesn’t fit with this circle), please drop me a message so I can get in touch if new places open up.
Is women’s circle for me?
Women’s circle is for women who need space to pause in their life to ‘hear themselves think’, to reflect, to question, and to be supported in exploring whatever might come to light. Anyone 18 - 80+ years old who identifies as a woman or gender fluid is most welcome. I identify the women who’ve joined my circles as brave, curious souls.
I’ve been googling, it sounds all new-agey…is there loads of stuff about the moon?!
No! There are as many themes and styles of women’s circles as there are women who offer and attend them. You can of course talk about the moon if that’s meaningful to you, but my women’s circles are agnostic with regard to faith and spirituality. All perspectives that allow room for others to share the space are welcome.
Is it like therapy?
In my experience being in a women’s circle can do us the world of good, but is distinct from a professional psychotherapeutic space. This might be something you feel encouraged to seek out alongside your circle experience or after it comes to a close, to work with patterns or traumas that need 1:1 support and specific expertise. The UKCP has a handy search function to find someone who suits your focus, style and geography.
I can’t afford the fee, is there another way to join?
Yes, there is always space for you. Please drop me a message here, and we can explore an alternative skills exchange.
Can I chat to you first?
Absolutely! All new joiners and those considering it are invited to book a 15 minute virtual coffee with me, just send me a message here with your preferred contact and we’ll find a time that suits.
If you buy a women’s circle as a gift, do let the lucky recipient know that they’re welcome to book a virtual coffee so we can meet eachother and they can ask all the question they might have. If they decide Women’s Circle isn’t right for them at the moment, they are welcome to exchange the value towards a massage, or pass it on as a gift to someone else.
